We offer one to one bespoke personal training sessions tailored to meet the specific needs of our clients.
Our diverse staff of instructors are expertly trained, and highly qualified. They are constantly taking part in higher level CEC (continuing education certificates). We offer a wide variety of disciplines including stability training, speed, agility and strength training, pre and post natal exercise, martial arts, pilates, yoga, and rehabilitation exercises.
We also work closely with the team from London Physio who also are based at BodyWorksWest offering a more complete and well rounded personal training package .
We can offer a guaranteed, personal, uninterrupted schedule of appointments at a time convenient to you. This provides you with faster progression, constant guidance, encouragement and enhanced continuity.
Availability
Personal Training Extra is available to all club members.
PT extra from
6:15 am to 9:00 pm Monday - Friday and
8:30 am to 7:00pm weekends.
Trainers will be available at the times you want to train within these hours.
Our aim is to match clients and trainers according to interests and goals.
How often you train will be decided with your trainer and is dependent on your needs and goals. You may feel that once a week or fortnight is sufficient to supplement your inclusive sessions, or you may feel more are required. |
